Photographers online meeting place - usphotographers.com

A new and exciting meeting place for photographers of all skill levels.

This Site is for you...

  • If you would like to use it to promote you're business, you're welcome here.
  • If you want to learn more about digital or film photography, you're welcome here.
  • If you want to learn more about photography in general, you're welcome here.
  • If you want to get to know other like-minded people in your area, you're welcome here.
  • If you don't have an SLR camera (or don't even know what SLR means), you're welcome here.
  • If you enjoy photography, you're welcome here!
  • If you just want a place to display your pictures for friends and family to see, you're welcome here.

A note about who we are (and what we are not):

  • usphotographers.com is an organization for photographers of ALL skills levels, NOT a bunch of professionals who want to criticize everything you do and don't know about photography.
  • usphotographers.com is all about getting to know people and helping each other learn about photography, NOT a bunch of know-it-alls who think you should already know everything before you join.
  • usphotographers.com is a great place for developing relationships with other PEOPLE who have an interest in photography.  But first of all, people who have an interest in life and want to capture images while we're living life.
  • usphotographers.com also has many members who are long-time PROFESSIONAL Photographers who enjoy sharing their knowledge and experience with other members.
  • usphotographers.com is a web site that gets a lot of hits from visitors looking for photographers to take photographs for their special occasion or need.  Because of this, it's a great site for professionals to use for finding clients.
  • usphotographers.com is a DYNAMIC site that is constantly changing to accommodate the needs and desires of it's members and viewing public.
  • usphotographers.com is managed by and attended to daily by me, Jeff Cowell, and it's my pleasure to present this new and exciting site to you.  Among our members in Wichita (where I live), I'm affectionately known as "FL" or Fearless Leader.  You'll have to talk to the members to get the rundown on this title, but I'm pretty sure they'll tell you it's because of the feats I attempt while we're out having a hoot of a time running around the countryside together.
  • usphotographers.com has become a place where friends come together, long before they realize they're going to be friends.

Please have a good look around.  If you need help finding your way, use the dynamic Site Map.

We've got many new sections and lots of photos being posted by our members in the Galleries.

Like what you see?  Thinking about joining?  Have a look at the Member Benefits page.

Have comments about the site, use the Forums or the Contact Us page to submit your comments.

I'm really excited to present this site to you and welcome your input to help me make it a better place for our visitors and members. If you like the way something works, please use let me know.  Likewise, if you don't like the way something looks or works, I'd like to know so I can try to make it better.  Your suggestions have gone into designing this new site so far, and I look forward to your continued input and participation in the evolution of this photographic community.

Jeff

Have a look at the new section I've added for the Photography Boot Camp (it's on the main menu). This is a new item that I'll be offering at least once a year and possible several times a year at various locations. Jeff
